Autism Treatment

In 2014, the prevelance of autism was found to be  1 in 59 children in the US.

The Center For Disease Control has announced that autism is the fastest growing developmental disability in the United States. This statistics should serve as a call to action for service providers and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for autistic individuals.  Now, more than ever, we need to fund research and support for this neurodiverse population.

Dr. Chapman treats children with Autism, Asperger syndrome, Pervasive developmental Disorder, sensory integration/ processing disorder and ADHD with a comprehensive treatment approach.  It is her belief that every patient with neurodevelopmental concerns is entitled to a thorough medical evaluation.  She provides thoughtful medical care, guidance in navigating therapy options, biomedical testing, progressive treatements and judicious pharmaceutical intervention.

Pediatric Psychiatric Care

Dr. Chapman believes that there are many different physical influences on psychiatric symptoms.  As a team we will work to identify the role of immune function, inflammation, nutritional status and infection in psychiatric management.    We work collaboratively alongside your childs therapists and psychiatric prescriber to provide a comprehensive care plan.
